Our Current Charity

“Help raise emergency funds to save our injured wildlife and restore their homes when the fires are out.  WWF-Australia has established a AUD$30 million Australian Wildlife and Nature Recovery Fund to rescue and care for wildlife, restore habitats for people and nature, and future proof Australia.   Together, let’s help Australia. Together, anything is possible.” (source)

Past Charities

At the end of every month, A Few Bad Newbies does a live charity stream, where all proceeds and donations during that event will be forwarded WITH a transaction receipt to the charity at hand.

This month, on 02/28/2020 @ 10am, in hopes of giving back to where it’s needed most, we have elected to stream for the Make-a-Wish Foundation. You can find the live stream in Mystic_Player’s profile page. All donations for the Make-a-Wish Foundation can be made directly, here.

What is Make-a-Wish?

“Founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 1980, when a group of caring volunteers helped a young boy fulfill his dream of becoming a police officer, Make-A-Wish is one of the world’s leading children’s charities.

After the start of Make-A-Wish in the United States, interest in granting the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions quickly spread to other nations. In 1993, Make-A-Wish International was officially formed and now helps to serve children outside the United States in more than 50 countries on five continents through its 41 affiliates.

Make-A-Wish America grants the wishes of children in the United States through its 62 chapters. With the help of generous donors and over 45,000 volunteers, Make-A-Wish has collectively granted approximately nearly 480,000 wishes worldwide since 1980. ” — (source)

Cardiovascular Institute

01/31/2020     –     $0 of $500+

A Few Bad Newbies streamed for well over twelve total hours, in hopes to raise both awareness and donations towards this charity. Sadly, we not only didn’t read our goal…  But we didn’t have ANY contributions.

The Cardiovascular Institute is a great cause. Please help us to help them.
